Will Instruction Sheet

An up to date Will is one of the most important documents you can have. This legal document specifies your wishes for your property and dependants after you pass away. Your estate includes everything you own and any debts. You will appoint an executor to manager your estate and ensure your wishes are carried out. The Will allows you to specify guardians for minor children, designate beneficiaries for specific gifts and the remaining estate.

This instruction sheet will enable us to prepare your will we will be in contact once this has been prepared.

The cost of an Individual simple Will starts from $540.00 (inclusive of GST).
Wills for a couple start from $880.00 (inclusive of GST)

If your Will is complex a higher fee will apply, we are happy to provide a price prior to engaging our services.
